Yeah I don't agree with handicaps for students with mental disabilities. I'm sure there are people who have them and do great work, but those people have found a way to deal with. In the work place no one's gonna give her extra time to do shit or wait till she calms down. Also this is her second time taking this. The university has already given her multiple chances and i'm sure they'd be content on giving her more if she keeps paying tuition.
